Cancellation Policy

At our hair braiding salon, we understand that schedules can change and unexpected events can occur. We want to make sure that our clients are able to receive the best service possible, while also allowing our stylists to maintain a balanced schedule. With that in mind, we ask that all clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling their appointments. This allows us to offer the timeslot to another client who may be waiting for an opening. If a client cancels their appointment less than 24 hours before their scheduled time or does not show up for their appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged to the provided credit card on file. If a client is running late for their appointment, we will do our best to accommodate them but may need to adjust the length or intensity of the service to ensure that we can stay on schedule for our other clients. In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment time. We value our clients and appreciate their understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.
