Mobile Hair Braiding Salon Policy:

1. Appointment Booking:

- Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

- Same-day appointments are subject to availability or Extra fee.

 

2. Cancellation Policy:

- Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations.

- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

- Deposit is non-refundable

 

3. Payment:

- $50 deposit and balance payment is due at the time of service.

- We accept cash and mobile payment apps.

 

4. Health and Safety:

- Clients must disclose any allergies or skin sensitivities.

- Our tools and equipment are sanitized between clients for hygiene.

 

5. Travel Fee:

- A travel fee may apply for appointments outside a specific radius.

 

6. Styling Preferences:

- Clients are encouraged to communicate their desired braiding style and length before the appointment.

Non-Mobile Braiding Salon Policy

 

- If you feel a braid is too tight, let us know and we will redo it immediately. Payment is due prior to the completion of the service and there are no refunds. Please check your hair before leaving the salon, and note that after three days, there will be a charge for all services.

 

- Please use headphones for phone conversations and music.

 

- If you are bringing a child, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the duration of services. If minors are left unattended, full price is due for all additional changes.

 

- Please choose your style wisely, as we cannot exchange styles unless there is an issue with the work we have done. If you do not like a style or there is an issue with the hair you have purchased, full price will be charged for another service. We can only make suggestions, but at the end of the day, we will perform the service you request.

 

- If you have short hair (less than 4 inches), please call us for a consult to ensure we will be able to service you. If we are unable to grip it, your deposit will be forfeited.

 

- Please be aware that synthetic hair may cause allergic reactions. If any allergic reaction occurs, neither Keny Sleeks Hair Braiding nor its employees will be held at fault. If you decide not to keep the extensions, you are responsible for payment of services rendered.

 

The charge for the removal of hair extensions is not included in the original service. If you have any allergies to certain products, you are welcome to bring your own.
